Neil Addison is an experienced Advocate who has appeared in Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeals Tribunal as well as dealing with Employment Matters in the County Court and Court of Appeal.
Mr Addison has particular knowledge and experience in the area of workplace bullying and harassment as well as in Discrimination cases. He is the author of text books on Harassment and Discrimination Law and has lectured on the subject. He pioneered the use of the Protection from Harassment Act in workplace bullying and stress cases and represents both Claimants and Defendants.
Mr Addison accepts instructions on a Direct Access basis and his services includes drafting claims and applications as well as appearing as an Advocate in Courts and Tribunals. He will give advice over the phone as well as by email.
Mr Addison is also a part time Law Lecturer at Liverpool Hope University where he lectures on Human Rights, Judicial Review and Legal method.
